A lifelong educator, David started his career teaching in the Los Angeles Unified School District and at Pasadena Jewish Temple and Center. He then studied in Israel for a year at the Pardes Institute, and upon his return, stepped into the role of Director of Family Education at Wilshire Boulevard Temple in Los Angeles. David worked in Israel for three summers as a Program Director with Nesiya, an outdoor adventure program that combines arts workshops, community service, cultural activities and creative Jewish study.
David is passionate about creating unique Jewish educational experiences. Shortly after moving from Los Angeles to San Francisco, he produced the mobile game “Leviticus!” with BimBam.com (formerly G-dcast), a studio that makes Jewish videos, apps and animated series for kids and adults.
