We expect most group sessions to occur as originally scheduled, and we understand that occasionally a particular session need to be canceled.

If the Educator needs to cancel the session:

1. Educator will contact the Group Host directly to discuss cancellation. If the decision is made to cancel please come up with a date for a make-up session.

2. Educator will send an email to the group using the group email to let all participants know that the session has been cancelled. If you do not use the @kevah email, please notify Kevah of the cancellation.

3. Educator will confirm the date of any make-up or rescheduled sessions with Group Host and will also notify Kevah.

If the Group Host needs to cancel the session:

2. In the case of an emergency or cancelation with less than 48 hours notice, the Group Host should contact the Educator directly and also notify Kevah.

3. Group Host will send an email to the group using the group email to let all participants know that the session has been cancelled. If you do not use the @kevah email, please notify Kevah of the cancellation.
